Impact Wrestling Review: Storm Finally Makes The Turn, Sound Off: Best TNA Tag Team Title Feud?

Source Wrestlinginc.com
This episode of Impact Wrestling was the second installment from Manchester, England. The show promoted the cashing in of Gunner's Feast or Fired briefcase, competing against TNA World Heavyweight Champion Magnus, However, Gunner had a huge surprise waiting for him.

Samoa Joe vs. Bro Mans/Zema Ion
This match had a good and bad element to it. The good was that Samoa Joe looked dominant in this match, making him an even bigger threat for Magnus' TNA world title. However, the bad is who has looked dominant against - the tag team champions. So, basically, the six-man tag team match last week was just about irrelevant if Samoa Joe could have done it all himself. Which he did. Doesn't make the tag team titles look desirable whatsoever. Three other people could have been better options, or not a three on one handicap match at all.
Gail Kim vs. Madison Rayne
Meh. Nothing exciting here. The Madison Rayne/Gail Kim feud is not intriguing in the slightest, and the division as a whole needs a major overhaul. What makes it even worse, is that Lei'D Tapa is still Gail Kim's lackey. Old news. She needs to turn on Gail Kim, and let Kim be the babyface to at least semi-mirror the Gail Kim/Awesome Kong feud that got the division of the ground in the first place. But, we are going to see more with the recent announcement made, so I sure hope it culminates at the PPV.

The Wolves vs. Bad Influence
Very good match, here. I understand that the Bro Mans are a comedic tag team that has a bit of charisma. However, if you really want to see a wrestling match, this feud should be the one to invest in. Throw a few gimmick matches in there, and this has the potential to be one of the best TNA tag team feuds ever. Instead, we must take Davey Richards and Eddie Edwards feuding with a team come out on the losing end of a handicap match.
  1. Wolves are legit. BUT...it's a marathon, not a sprint. RT if you think this match needs to happen again @IMPACTWRESTLING fans
@FrankieKazarian @IMPACTWRESTLING are down to do it again!

Magnus vs. Gunner
Gunner really showed how much he fits in the main event picture from this match. He had some good comebacks, and the crowd was very much behind him. I knew that they were not going to give Gunner the title, but there were a few times were it seemed like a potential surprise title victory was going to happen.

When James Storm came back to ringside by himself, it was pretty much curtains from there. I was just waiting for the moment that he was going to make the turn, and when he came in the ring and threw out Rockstar Spud, the time was ticking. The way that he turned was a bit intriguing. Hopefully this makes Gunner an even stronger babyface and is a good filler feud until he vies for the title again.

I'm not in the position to pass judgement on anyone. All I know is sooner or later everyone gets cut down.

Let's go back to the topic of best TNA tag team title feud. What is your personal best? I would go with Beer Money/Motor City Machine Guns as number 1, followed by America's Most Wanted/Triple X at a very close second.
